Links: The library of the Art and Exhibition Hall of the Federal Republic of Germany is an institutional member of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Kunst- und Museumsbibliotheken AKMB.
The Internet link list for art and museum libraries is offered in the AKMB homepages; its content is co-edited by the KAH librarians. Please send any suggestions and additions to the library.

Literature lists: In the Studiolo set up by the Education Service for selected exhibitions, there is usually a reading corner with an open-shelf reference centre, organized in cooperation with the Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle library and covering a great variety of aspects of the given exhibition. The literature is available to the visitors as a Studiolo feature; the aim is to provide an in-depth treatment of various exhibition categories, or explanatory background information, or supplementary material on the exhibits. If no Studiolo is included in a given exhibition, the collateral literature on the exhibition is available in the KAH library as a reference collection during the general opening hours. After the exhibition closes, the reading corner or reference collection is dismantled and the books are re-shelved in the library. Literature that does not fit the subjects and focal points of the library's collection are exchanged with other libraries or passed on to appropriate public institutions.

To date, Studiolo reference centres or special reference collections have been set up for the following exhibitions. These literature lists are accessible as Word documents or in pdf-format via the Acrobat Reader.
