Configuration Help

When installing the RealPlayer it is important to give the right connection rate. Otherwise only streams with a max. transmission rate of 28.8 kB/sec can be played.

Users of modems will find the connection rate printed on their modem (e.g. 28.8kB, 33.6kB, 56kB...).

ISDN-Modems or -cards work with at least 64kB/sec. If a dedicated connection or a network exists, it has to be registered in the Real-Player (e.g. T1, DSL). .

The following configurations can also be made afterwards:

For RealPlayer 5.0 in the menu under ANSICHT(view) --> EINSTELLUNGEN (settings).

Click on one of the images for magnification.

For RealPlayer G2 in the menu under OPTION --> EINSTELLUNGEN(settings)

If the correct settings are considered, there should be no problems and you can enjoy the live broadcast in the highest quality possible!
